Sprint would be bad, but not as bad. Why is it not as bad? Because having two carriers controlling 80% of the market is worse than having 3 carriers controlling the majority on about equal footing. Also, we don't want a company like AT&T to continuously hoard spectrum just to sit on it (as they are doing right now).

Also, I did point out that raining agreements would still be need. I'm not saying I agree with the merger or not. I just like to hear more objective reasons to why people dont want the merger to go through and not just repeat what they hear everyone else saying.
