NO!!!! This is illegal and anti-competitive!
This is an unfair market advantage for Sprint and Dish netword, they are essentially causing hardships for competing companies who cannot offer the same deal.
The FCC needs to have, in writing, how many jobs this particular measure is going to create before they allow Sprint and Dish to make a deal like this.

Um this isn't a merger. Sprint was opposed to letting them use the frequency in question because there were fears of interference. There is nothing "anti-competitive" about this. Dish has their own spectrum they want to use. So what on earth are you talking about?
