This is an unfair market advantage for Verizon and Leap, they are essentially causing hardships for competing Corporations who cannot offer the same deal.

The FCC needs to have, in writing, how many jobs this particular measure is going to create before they allow Verizon and Leap to make a deal like this.

All theory stating is that VZW is giving up spectrum in a area they built for LTE but the location is not buying at all. When LTE WAS release in Chicago VZW phones did not seek. So out of all locations VZW started offering 50.00 off on LTE phones which did not include 2year upgrade. Chicago is just not buying into VZW LTE. Why not sell off after you built into it already and much if nothing in outcome. It benefits both. Leap gets a major market and VZW which they did not offer details for gets what they are looking for out of loss market.
