How does the phone really work? Sending and Receiving

I am considering the V710. I see lots of discussion here about Blue Tooth (the reason I am interested in it) but nothing about how well the phone sends and receives. Motorola has had a series of bad phones recently. Star Tac was the last good one. I live in a fringe area. The transmitter and receiver in the phone have to work well. Does anyone have thoughts on how well the V710 works in fringe areas?

Has the phone been out long enough to tell if there are going to be any reliability issues?

Thank you,

Bill

I can just reconfirm that phone is awesome. The cons are as stated by many, camera and limited bluetooth. My biggest complaint was the speakerphone not being able to work with the flip closed.

This is the best phone I have had as far as reception goes. It work better in the car with no external antenna than any previous phones I've had and better than my fiance's Samsung A650. I have had the Nokia 6185, 3285 and the terrible Motorola T720 before this. This is a far better phone than all of them. As far as reliability goes, my first 710 died as I walked away from the Verizon booth. This one has been fine but it's only been a week today.
