I think you mean Windows Phone 7 and while the quality may be there, the UI is hideous and boring. Even iOS looks more interesting.

I am so infuriated with Nokia for going with Microsoft. I wish they would have bought Palm instead and used webOS. The Europeans would have adapted to it quickly and soon after Nokia could have made splash onto the US market.

Android is improving. Ice Cream Sandwich seems very impressive but I'll stick with my iPhone for now.
