You've still got WM7, which is making a very good case for mobile platform quality. Too bad it's Microsoft and their track record for just about everything is borderline abysmal.
I love WebOS, but unless it's a major manufacturer (and likely NOT Samsung) , it's going to end up like the old PalmOS.
