Verizon Wireless Brings EV-DO To Vegas
Funny, this.
Fact: UMTS has been rolled out in more markets so far then EV-DO.
And they had 6 months head start?!

We don't know what kind of woes that there has been in getting this rolled out. It probly all has to be approved by the FCC each and every step of the way too, because all forms of transmited comunication needs to be approved by them.
of course I'm just guessing, I could just be full of it. But I'm guessing that Verizon wouldn't want to hold back on something that could make money like this and is just trying to get it out there.
