I think apple is best ever for computers but motorola's are junk in my opinion. why not team up with nokia or LG far superior and more advanced than motorola, or least they work better

Probably because at the moment, Motorola is on somewhat of a spree, announcing new phones all the time, and actually getting them to market. Second, perhaps Apple is a bit sympathetic to Motorola, as the seemingly eternal 2nd placer in the wireless industry, much like Apple in the PC industry. And since Moto has recently been using Windows Smartphone, maybe Apple would like to enter into the Mobile OS world soon. Who knows?
