Ok, so which is more important:

- Sprint's motivation for blocking the merger?
- The benefit we (consumers) will get from the merger being blocked?

Personally, I don't care why Sprint wants it blocked, all I care about is it being blocked.

Look at it this way, if someone discovered the cure for cancer tomorrow would we really care if they said their motivation was to get fame and fortune? Or would we be more happy that a cure was found? I'd hope that you'd be more for finding the cure and not care what motivated the discovery.
