I'm glad they are fixing the problem.

Sure beats the Android manufacturers stance on fixing bugs:

"we know there are issues, just buy the latest phone to resolve them!"

Or the manufacturer who ridiculed customer complaints by telling them 'you're holding the phone wrong'.....

So that if they wanted to hold the phone in a manner that caused problems they could.

I don't recall HTC buying me a case because my Inspire dropped signal, even though I actually experience it regularly (which I don't on my iPhone 4.)

Buy them a $30 case? How about gave them a case that retails for $30 but costs Apple maybe $0.05 cents to product and pay the little kids in the factory to make them...they gave them a band-aid to fix their huge design flaw! At least Apple is owing up now...must be cuz Steve is gone...surprised we didn't hear..."you're charging it wrong!"

dont remember where I read this but someone was told by the "geniuses" at Apple that they shouldnt leave their phone on at night. At least once a week they should turn off the phone at night. What kind of answer is that?

Apple also let you pick from any of the cases that MSRP'd around $30.00 . Don't like the one Apple made? Pick the InCase. So yeah, eat your words there.

And if it's a huge design flaw, how come all of the owners are happy? How come returns were less than 1%? How so many phones attenuate worse? Right, because it wasn't a problem except for people who purchased worse phones and needed to justify their bad decision. Clearly the iPhone is worse than the truly miserable HTC Inspire.
