Add bandwidth, make data faster, then cap it lower and charge more. Huh?

I think the subject says it all. What's the benefit of LTE if the caps are low, and you can exceed them way quicker because of the speed? Seems like a flawed model.

The caps for the LTE are IDENTICAL to the 3G caps....they are not 'capping lower' or 'charging more'.....

I suspect that over time as bandwidth increases and the network is big enough to handle the load, the caps will be raised....but right now the main problem is congestion and caps are a reasonable way to handle that problem.
