That's why they have this thing called INSURANCE. Physical damage is never covered under warranty unless its a defect that the company knows about. Luke the ipad2. Apple will replace a screen shatter upset if its cracked around the home button.

Physical damage is not covered under warranty, why would it be? A warranty protects you against manufacturer defect....if you drop your phone and it breaks, that is YOUR fault, not the manufacturer's.

Really? If I crash my car and total it is it under manfactures warranty? Ummm.....no, its not. It is a persons responsibility to take care of their phones, and other belongings. Not the companies responsibitly. That is why any corportation offers insurance for physical, and internal damage.
