I'm considering getting it. ICS sure is a major change from the Android we currently know.

I'm considering it too, but not right away. A couple reasons: I had a Nexus One (those had radio issues) and my past experiences with Samsung phones (dropped calls, GPS issues on a Galaxy S, etc).

Once it's out and known to be stable/not have major issues, I might have to get one because it DOES look sweet! 🙂

Do you think this phone will be better than the Droid 3? That's currently my choice for a new phone when I'm eligible this December, but now I'm thinking this new Nexus Galaxy will be better. I trust your opinions on this stuff though. What do you think about it?

since he's busy I can offer some advice. I personally think this is one of the best phones of the year so far. That and the Razr. I think the 3 phones that are worth it would be the bionic, this one, and the Razor. I would go to a store and play with them for awhile and see which one you like best. These are the only phones I would go with but it depends on your provider. I think the Samsung Galaxy 2 is a very worthy opponent as well. Just thought I would throw that out there. But ice cream sandwhich is gonna be a great OS to use (galaxy nexus).
