Pay by the Day? Is this a joke?? I'm embarrassed to call myself a former employee. The people running TMO are just an absolute joke and are running this company straight into the ground.

You sound like a disgruntled former employee...why are you upset with the Pay By The Day. It is just an additional type of plan that they offer. It is not replacing another plan that is good, but it is just another choice. I do not think it will be that popular, but it is good for the customers who will not use it everyday, or need it just some time during the month.
I think your reaction to this is way over the top...Is the plan not good for you? Perhaps, but it does not mean that Tmo is an absolute joke..If your reaction was "meh", I could understand that, but to be so bent out of shape about an additional prepaid option (which was not replacing any of their better prepaid plans), is just going overboard

I'm not a fan of it because we only get $2 commission on it. Other prepaid plans pay far more
