Why release these?

Why release these phones? Sure they are new, but the specs listed leave alot to be desired... 😢

Not everyone is looking for 'the most advanced product', some people are quite happy with a PS2 and don't see any need to upgrade to a PS3.

Some people think it's pretty pointless to always pursue 'the most advanced' because it is an endless chase that does nothing but lead you in circles. It's like saying 'I'm not going to upgrade now because in 6 months the phones will be better'.....which is always true, and if you stick to that you'll never buy anything. Or you'll change phones ever 3 months.

For the same reason a car manufacturer releases an entire line of cars from inexpensive to high line premium products. A company buying these in mass quantities could save a decent amount.

No other reason 😁
