This law makes sense why wouldn't anyone who cares about our freedoms not sign that bill? I guess it goes to show you we live in a Police state ever since 9/11 which is sad. On 9/11 the terrorist won because we are giving our rights up one by one and this is insane. OF course you should need a warrant you freaking tools!! Wake up before all your liberties are gone. I am starting to wonder why our congress and all ignore the constituition I guess my one of my law teachers had it right when they said we the people was not referring to us and only themselves because laws are completely ignored and no action is being taken by we the people.

That's not the point to many apathetic sheeple out here that think it does not matter because you don't have anything to hide when In fact you couldn't be any more wrong. When people give rights and freedoms up to have security you will have nothing left because the joke is on you game over and no more quaters. I am so tired of people saying crap like this and this crap is what is causing this once great country to fall down the crapper Go back to your lame sheeple toys and don't worry about anything.

I agree. Mark S should install a camera in his home for the government to watch him... he has nothing to hide.

All the paranoid whiners out there....oh yeah...everytime you scratch that little itch behind your scalps, that's just the little chip the government implanted there last time you went to the barbershop.
Now don't everyone try to pry it out all at once now! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Sometimes people send text messages to friends or family about really personal things that have happened to them or that they are dealing with. I know I have and would die of embarrassment if some cop took my phone and started reading those personal messages just because I accidently ran a red light. I think that they should take the phone but get a court order to read anything on it. I'd break my phone screen before i would hand over my phone for a stranger to go through it.
