Motorola Smacked with Lawsuit by Intellectual Ventures
These lawsuits are getting old
I don't know how the rest of the PS community feels, but I for one am tired of seeing yet another company sued for this or that. No wonder everything is so expensive...the lawsuit insurance alone must cost a fortune. The Mcdonald's where I live got sued because somebody's kid got hurt playing on the playground. Yeeesh! where were the parents when that happened & why isn't it their fault?
