I had sprint for 6 years until a year ago. I had a laptop card and blackberries and was with them when they transitioned to their 3G which at the time was comparatively faster than the competition. I had no problems with surfing the net and even watching Netflix in my laptop. Keep in mind that the smartest things sprint had in their lineup at the time were blackberries and they are not data hogs typically. Everything came to a crawl when the evo released and subsequent smart phones. Don't get me wrong, coverage as far as voice and texting went was great. However net surfing, picture messaging, and email with decent sized attachments really took a hit. With everyone else improving their standard 3g network I don't understand why sprint is not improving their network and committing to slow it down even more.......
