CDMA band classes?

The iPhone 4S CDMA1x EV-DO Rev A 800/1900 capability is somewhat ambiguous, as "800/1900 MHz" can refer to more than two different CDMA band classes.

Obviously, it supports the first two CDMA band classes:

*band class 0 (Cellular 850 MHz)
*band class 1 (PCS 1900 MHz)

But does the 4S support additionally any of these band classes?

*band class 3 (JTACS 800 MHz)
*band class 10 (SMR 800-900 MHz)
*band class 14 (PCS "G" block 1900 MHz)

KDDI au in Japan is set to offer the 4S, so it would seem that "800 MHz," in this case, does include band class 3 capability. Band classes 10 and 14 matter only to Sprint, which may deploy CDMA1x, LTE, or a mix of both in its reconfigured SMR 800-900 MHz and/or PCS "G" 1900 MHz spectrum.

To follow up my own post, I examined the FCC OET certification documents for the iPhone 4S. The tests on file with the FCC do not indicate that the 4S supports band class 10 nor 14. So, if Sprint does deploy CDMA1x 800-900 (using its SMR 800-900 MHz spectrum) and/or CDMA1x 1900 (using its PCS "G" block 1900 MHz spectrum), the 4S will not be able to use that bandwidth.
