So whats the advantages of the AT&T version? It really frusterates me that they are using a inferior processor and a smaller screen. Guess I'll be patient and wait to see what the Holiday will consist of.

Some people don't want bigger screens. If I choose to get the GSII from AT&T, the smaller screen is a plus for me, not a minus.

Exactly... 4.0-4.3 seems to be perfect for me. 4.5 is just slightly too big. So it just depends on what you like...And maybe the LTE version on AT&T will sport the 1.5 dual core, if not, oh well...still plenty of speed.

I could think of a few reasons.
1. the Infuse 4G, and I know what you are thinking. Why the Infuse 4G when the GS2 just came out. Well, one the selling point now is to make use of the beautiful 4.5 inch screen.
2. variety. Why would 3 major carriers carry the exact same device? There are network differences and coverage issues and what not, but it's too much the same. Most people don't take the time out to learn these things and just buy the phone depending on what's cheapest. AT&T has the 4.3 inch screen, T-Mobile most likely has a Tegra 2 processor, and the Epic 4G touch has a 4.5 inch and the exynos processor.

The Screen will Also look Better. Stretching the Resolution to 4.5 Screens without better tech lowers the quality pixel to pixel. And with a possible LTE Version on the way it'll probably be the *Rumored GSII-Celox that's currently being Tested/used in Asia* that has the dual core 1.5ghz and than a possibility of Super Amoled HD (HIGH DEF!) Screen with a (1280 x 800) Resolution compared to the (800×480). Better than the Retina Display on the iphone in my opinion (watchout apple).
*Also If you have too much power, and the phone works perfectly with a bit of a lower end processor, it makes the phone more affordable and will compare better to the Infuse like stated before ^^.

The processor isn't inferior. Even though T-mobile will get a 1.5ghz dual core, the 1.2ghz dual core on at&t's version will out perform it. The only advantage for Tmo's version is that it is capable of reaching higher network speeds(42mb/s). As far as the screen goes, it's all a matter of opinion. I prefer 4.3, over 4.5, but I understand why some people would prefer the bigger screen. I'm certain the reason at&t kept the 4.3 inch screen was because of the infuse already having the 4.5. Though I am disappointed that at&t's version doesn't have the LED.
