By the time they let you preorder, you will know all about it from everyone. You can always wait until everyone on your street has one...should take about a day 🤣 ....to learn about it too 😁

That could be pretty much applied to any phone purchase though. Not sure why people get so emotional over their phones either. To those that already have fruit phones, they know a lot anyway...

All Apple has to do is confirm all this on Oct 4th. And yes, I'll be in line the day it comes out, because my 9000 is on it's last leg...

It's like that for every phone release..not just an iPhone. People do it for Samsung launches, Motorola launches, even Palm's crappy phones were a big deal.

I've seen multiple Beta versions of iOS 5 in action, so I can pretty much tell you exactly what the new iPhone will be able to do in terms of software.
Refer to the other replies to this thread for known hardware upgrades.
The only thing us "idiots," who are "addicted to the fruit" are unsure of, (again, as stated in other replies) is the form factor of the new phone(s).
