How about showing support for a product who's warranty expired? Once your HP product goes out of warranty, you can no longer chat nor even email them a question without being charged a fee.

This is BAD BUSINESS, the kind that'll make me shy away from ever buying an HP product again! My god, talk about penny wise and dollar foolish.
