Contract
Would this be considered a change in contract which they would have to notify you?
A opt out of contract if you will..?
...
There is a provision written in the contract covering these changes.
...
The contract does not promise any particular price or rate plan....in fact, there is a provision in the contract which explicitly says that prices may go up at any time, and rate plans can be eliminated at any time, without advance warning.
People are so used to signing 'terms of use' agreements for every product they use that they never bother to even read them, which is a shame because they often make very interesting reading, and 90% of their complaints are addressed in the terms of use...
Something has to be done to get people to start reading these things before they sign them.
...
put in the agreement that if the customer has an issue with the agreement after signing it, that we are allowed to shoot them in the head and kill them, their wife/husband and children that could be another issue down the road. They signed it and agreed to it!
...
Maybe a new policy: every time a customer asks a question that could be answered just by reading your contract, customer service has the right to punch them in the face.
