Clarification
I do agree, as long as the cap is reasonable. I can understand any carriers point when people are snagging 30gb or more on a mobile account. I don't when they're going after someone using 5 or 10.
I take that to mean this policy is only going to be enforced in large urban areas like New York, San Francisco et al where there are a large number of customers and the network is already struggling to handle all the traffic....
If you're in the middle of a small, rural community with only 100 people using a tower....I doubt they will care even if you use 100GB....
