AT&T Responds to Justice Department Suit
AT&T Is Full Of Sh*t, And ALWAYS Has Been - HERE'S PROOF!
What I was put through by them as a 9/11 rescue worker was absolutely unconscionable!

I'll NEVER forget my only New Years Eve at Times Square. I had just gotten hoodwinked by AT&T into the 1st national roaming and long distance plans at the time, Digital One Rate. I couldn't make nor receive a call to save my life while everyone around me with a Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) phone had no problems whatsoever making or receiving calls.
This company even had the balls to put a...

1. If you "paid your bill" like you claim, which you most likely didn't, you could have taken your bank statement to an AT&T store showing your final payment. If they match up that would have been corrected. AT&T like most carriers would most likely contact you telling you that you didn't pay your bill. They will do this via email, text message if you keep your number, and postal. If you haven't updated your information with AT&T they are not wizards they will not know that information.
2. Consumer Reports is a joke, they get people like you that report why they hate a company when clearly you deserved what you got. Pay your bills and you will be fine.
3. Your bringing up an issue that looks to be about 10+ ago.. re...

4 things for YOU:
1. I DID pay my bill. The problem was that I didn't find out until years after the fact that they blemished my credit and by that time, my now ex-accountant disappeared off the face of the earth, my bank statements in tow.
2. Consumer Reports cell carrier ratings are from subscriber surveys, NOT their own tests.
3. Yes, I am bringing up what happened 9-10 years ago. If you were on 9/11 disaster relief and got put through what I did, you'd still have a lack of respect For AT&T too.
4. The iPhone for a Verizon was NOT a flop. They just didn't sell as many as they thought they would because it's been common knowledge there's a new iPhone just around the corner and many folks are waiting.
Regardle...

1. Its not AT&T's fault that your accountant ran off with your bank records. Besides, can't you go to your bank and get records from years ago?
2. Customer serveys are rarely unbiased.
3. I'm sorry that you think that you deserve special treatment in every aspect of your life because you are a 9/11 disaster relief person. Thanks for everything, and i really mean that, but you shouldn't get special consideration for your CELL PHONE PLAN because you worked disaster relief.
4. many folks are waiting? how many? gimmie some proof.
You're an entitled customer and your opinions are flawed.
1. That blemish is already off my credit record since it's over 7 years.
2. Those surveys ARE unbiased, so what's your point?
3. What special treatment? That AT&T should have made sure their phones worked like every other carrier's did in a key 9/11 disaster relief locality outside of Ground Zero? And in this case, where the processing and identification of recovered human remains, those reported missing, the family call-in center, the DNA hotline, and the funeral director pickup arrangements all took place? That's your idea of 'Special Treatment'? GIMME A F*CKIN BREAK, A**HOLE!
4. MANY have been holding off purchasing an iPhone 4 waiting for the new ...

with the merger, you will able to access att and tmobile towers!
some say att already have enough spectrum of their own, but do you know how hard to put up new cell towers in some cities?
i'm sure you have heard the news about San Francisco, they dont want cell towers in their city but do complain about bad coverage!

I'm done with you. You mixed up my words, bunched together different scenarios I outlined, and made up stuff that had nothing to do with anything I said in a feeble attempt to make me look like the idiot here. Guess what, moron? DIDN'T WORK.
No matter what you say, AT&T will REMAIN on my sh|tlist forever.
Have a nice evening..........
You're another obnoxious brain dead moron. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer in good standing since 2003. I wouldn't go back to AT&T if they offered me their service for free.
The ones that are in need of pity here are you and Kilya.

Oh and last note.. being that you owe money to AT&T your service will never be free.. when you decide to come back be sure you save your money, there will most likely be a deposit for not paying your bill and having a bad credit mark
That's right, keep showing off your ignorance, arrogance, and stupidity. I posted it a second time because the the 1st reply went under the wrong message and I figured pleebs like you would misconstrue my response, just like you've been doing all along. Furthermore moron, I've never had to make payment arrangements with Verizon. I pay my bill in full each and every every month and on time, just like I always did with AT&T. Now go back and read the 1st sentence in this message replay over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
By the way your bill is due, oh and I still don't see the "Proof" of why "AT&T Is Full of Sh*t, And Always Has Been". One Person's flawed opinion and mistake doesn't make them full of Sh*t. If that was the case every company including your precious Verizon would be full of Sh*t. Your sadly mistaken if your the only one that has an issue with a wireless company. But since this is apperently your world and we are just living in it, I guess we will allow you to be on your soap box until you fall off it. And yes I believe you think your the only one that thinks your issue matters cause you are a moron (*whispers* Pay your bill).. replay that last line over and over and over and over and over and over and over an...

I vehemently oppose this AT&T/ Tmobile merge. However, the last thing we as subscribers need is another swapping of assets from one large carrier to another. There has been enough of that over the years to kill almost any last bit of competition.
