Actually, God and Steve Jobs are currently in litigations. Steve claims it was his idea for Eve to take a bite of the Apple. He told God it would be used for his logo. He may have a case because consequently, God had in turn, warned Adam and Eve that Apple is the forbidden fruit. Taking a bite of the Apple would adherently bring sin and trouble upon the people. So while Steve might legally have the rights to the logo, God ultimately indeed, proved to be right!
