Too much government
The government should let ATT buy Tmobile so long as they have the money which they do.

Then what? Do you have the income or means to support this move? Please keep in mind that this industry lacks much in regulations. Do you know what added advantage this has for the carriers that have all the power? The single most governing we as wireless consumers have for fair and innovated pricing, is the presence of viable competition. MVNOs are not viable. They utilize spectrum already owned by the majors. Lose Tmobile to ATT, and our wallets become more vulnerable. I CAN not and WILL not support a more unbalanced folcrum point being tipped heavily into the hands of the carriers. They already do as they wish without repercussions.

Good man John B. I 100% agree with your statement. If this deal goes through it will be a loss to the industry and consumers. I hope the DOJ doesn't cave in to att smoke and mirriors. Think about it. Let's buy T-Mobile to sell T-Mobile? No att how about you use all that spectrum you have been hoarding and spend 3.8 billion as per your OWN document and expand your LTE service. DT has every right to sell T-Mobile USA but it should be to a company that will continue to run it as a seperate entity.
