Sadly, many greedy customers will probably do that.....and sadly they will probably get one.

🤣 So glad I am not a phone rep. I'd tell everyone NO! Sorry, credits apply to actual issues, not acts of mother nature.

The problem with saying that you're not going to give credits is that the caller will ask to a supervisor, and the supervisor will almost certainly grant the credit. And then you get back the WAVE survey results and the customer says that he is dissatisfied, and then you've in trouble.


Baiscally, you really don't have a choice in the matter, 90% of the time if the customer is insistent that he wants a credit, you give him the credit.

Meh, like I said, good thing I am not on phones 😁 I transfer them to Customer Care as I am Order Support via online chat. My supervisor won't give them a discount either. I've only given a few credits for the 2 years I've been here..that was the first month I was here. 🤣
