netboy,
I read those rumors and really didn't see the logic behind them, or reasons. It could happen, no doubt. I'm also sure the "Prime" will be available on others as well.

Hasn't each individual Nexus device been carrier exclusive (except for the Nexus One)?

If Verizon does get the prime, why wouldn't it be a carrier exclusive?

True, Even the Sprint Nexus S is not really a branded device. Really don't know how VZW will handle it. Then again the iPhone is not a carrier branded device, and VZW does sell it. Exception to the rule? Don't know?

Meh, don't matter much to me. I do hope that Verizon gets it. I've been waiting for a Nexus to show up since the N1 was rumored to show up. I like Vanilla Android over all other UI's and the Nexus' usually is a top flight phone.

I'm not too upset about the GSII not coming to Verizon and i don't belive that its a big deal really. Whenever a carrier announces something trivial like this the internet goes crazy with theories and claims of "the carrier is out to get us" etc. There will be better phones released on Verizon in the next 6 months (following the trend in wireless tech, after all).
