Stay away from it
I tried this out the other day, first off, the keypad is too hard to use, it's almost like it's non-existent.....the crappy verizon UI is a waste of time....better off on buying an unlocked GSM version.....
...
That was one of the main reason i switched to cingular.. its because of verizon UI. it kills any phone.

um... it has a fully customizable flash ui there fanboys! You can change the display colors, the eri banner, different themes, video wallpaper, programable shortcut keys 🙄
...
And guess what? The UI still is hard to use, slow, not to mention ugly.
Verizon 'Flash UI' or not, the UI is the pits.
...
The ui on the chocolate is nothing like any other Verizon phone, and considering you can set 4 shortcuts as well as having messages and contacts on the two smart keys you only have to hit one button to get to %99 of the things you need. If you want to go through the menu like newbie then yes it can run a little slow, but after custimization you will have one button shortcut to 8 different things 🙄 Point being it is fully customizable, video walpaper, animated wallpaper, change banner, remove evil red bars and setup all your shortcuts, just learn how to use it correctly and the ui on this rocks.

or just save yourself the trouble and buy a SLVR, with all those features, battery time, and ... reception? Wait who'd want that in a phone. I've never found anything remotely cool about any LG phone.
...
I had a razr already, one of the best days I have had in a long time was getting rid of that turd and getting the chocolate. The chocolate picks up just as good as my razr ever did, has much better battery life so unless the make great strides on moto's ui with Verizon and put a much better battery than the razr the slvr will suck just as bad so have fun waiting just to be disapointed...
