Well done, Eric.

We have one of these here in my office, and if anything I would say that Eric was too kind. Not inaccurate, mind you, just too nice about it.

To me the Chocolate is just a fashion accessory. I find the keys difficult to use at best because of the lack of tactile response, and I also found them to be less responsive than those on our 1st-generation S710a (with its notoriously laggy key response). I also find it impossible to use with one hand because all of the controls - particularly the keypad when the device is open - are too low. I have admittedly large hands, but a co-worker with small hands had the same problem with the control placement.

I would recommend avoiding the Chocolate if you're concerned about fu...

Is it me or does the keypad even LOOK like it's difficult to use the way it slides out from underneath the main phone body?

I hadn't really noticed it ahead of time from pictures, but having played with it I now see just how low the controls are in every picture I see.
