Thinner, better camera, and better operating system? WHICH, by the way, iOS 5 will almost definitely work with iPhone 4 at least. All this wait for them just making it smaller???

C'mon, I wanna see a load more new features if I'm gonna consider the iPhone 5 for my next phone!

People are expecting a 4 inch screen, more ram, wishful thinking for a 64gb version, retina display or something better than the current one. Camera is already great, so an even better one would be nice.

You are thinking about whether or not to consider the iphone 5? If you aren't already committed to buying one simply for the fruit logo on the back, then you are not the target demographic.

🤣

I love iPhones but this is true. I bought mine because it's the most reliable phone on the market with the most app support. Many people though would blindly pre-order the iPhone 5 without knowing a single thing about it.

I can give Android credit where it's due- even though it's lame to compare an OS across hundreds of devices and several carriers to an OS that's used for 3 current devices across 2 carriers.

Android has a much better notification system. Apple's has sucked since day one. With iOS 5 this point becomes irrelevant.

Android is an open-source operating system. Great for freedom and all the task killers and malware that comes with it (not that iPhone is impervious.)

Android, 80% of the phones lag, especially when a dozen or more apps are installed from Android market. My iPhone 4 almost never lags.

Overall quality of apps and games? Not even close. Apple wins hands down. Android however gets its due for offering a lot of them for free....

Android is very nice for what it is. I've never played with the iPhone and to be honest, never really wanted one. I went to BlackBerry a couple of years ago and loved it, when it was the new hotness. It quickly got out dated and RIM did very little to put out a quality phone, not to mention, the newer phone got smaller. What the hell, RIM?
Anyway, I de used to go with WP7 myself and I found it to be a very nice phone. Yes, it lacks some of the features that iPhone and Android have but, it is still a nice phone, only to get better. As for open source, Android may not be much longer, with all the patent issues they're having. Besides, to the average user, open source means absolutely nothing.

Saying any phone is the best is ignorant, and deffinetly biased. My mom would argue with your statement and so would I, because best is to one person. I have also owned many devices as I have been in the market for 4 years. I-Phone is a great phone that has its strengths but is by NO MEANS the best phone or the most reliable. Now your apple eyes are glowing......

I didn't say that the iPhone was the best, I simply chose a few areas to compare and even said Android was better in a few areas.

I wrapped that up by saying iPhone has been the best FOR ME and in my opinion.

Don't know how much more unbiased I can be.
