Way to treat your customers ATT

However dissatisfied they are, your not going to keep customers this way.
The merger hasn't even taken place yet, and ATT is already putting the screws to customers.

So with your theory after the merger AT&T is gonna go bankrupt because all there customers will be upset.... The reality is that the MAJORITY of AT&Ts customer think its a good thing. You cant make EVERYONE happy, obviously there are however people making a stink. Mostly people with other carriers and some of AT&T's customers whom are people that would complain no matter what but still continue AT&T service 😳

I don't think that is what Andy was saying at all. He was stating that a group of cutomers want to be heard and instead of listening, AT&T sue them back. Not the best way to win friends and support. However, what Andy doesn't understand is that by suing them back is the only way to stop the case brought against them. AT&T can't just ignore it and hope it goes away.
However, the mantra, "You can't make EVERYONE happy" is not the mindset they should take either. That's like saying "Nobody's perfect!" or "I'm only human!" When you are the company with the worst customer service rating in the industry, you are showing that you aren't even trying to make the MAJORITY happy!Yes, people complain and always will complain, but shrugging and saying o...
