i dont have tmobile but this is ILLEGAL and people should able to get out of their contracts!
some people signed up the 2 years contract with the understanding of paying 15$ data a month WITHOUT over usage!

thats their fault for misunderstanding what contract they sign. Every contract from all carriers state they have the right to make changes to plans and services just as long as they give notice about it so sorry bud your argument of it being illegal is out the window sucks.

This doesn't apply to all customers. If you already had the 200MB plan with no overage, you are grandfathered in. This is for future activations/account changes only.
