Sprint PCS Settles Spat with Affiliate

I can see why Horizon PCS went bankrupt, you cannot operate a company under the name Sprintpcs and have affiliate rules. In the WV area all of the Sprint stores were owned by Horizon and they went by there own set of rules. They closed numerous stores and thats why I am a happy AT&T wireless customer soon to be CINGULAR YEAHHHHHHHHHHH

Nickels, I don't know what your problem is but you are one stupi....nevermind....I hope you realize that every company in the world uses affiliates to get business done, and yes each one of them are allowed to make their own policies and procedures as to how they want to do things, the affiliate will pay the conglomerate a price to carry the name and sell the products, but they are allowed to do certain things in different ways than the corporate company does them....one example would be...Do you ever watch a commercial and see in the fine print where it says "Offer will vary by market" and even on the radio they do the same thing, I highly suggest that you learn to watch and read or even listen more carefully before you start running your m...

Jay all you said was true but my main point that you dumb ass seemed not to have got, was that I worked for the company and watched them do so many shady things it would have been right up there with enron if it wasnt for horizon filling bankruptcy. I understand the whole affilitate role because i waS A employee there. I am simply stating that when a customer see sprint pcs on the billboard sign they expect to get sprint service not crap like will MAAM SIR you will have to drive 300 miles to a corporate owned store to have this done. But Obvisouly if you knew anything about this particular situation you would know that in the WV/Ohio Valley that is why Sprint Corporate is coming into the area to take over all the affiliate stores, so in r...
