Good comment. I have all my old contracts scanned in PDF format and whatb you say is there 100%, and has been since the early days of cellular service.
I think Boost mobile says it all - and in plain English. "Unlimited does not mean unreasonable" and on their brochure it makes reference to the same clause that you mentioned above about AT&T's rights is the same in the Boost contract. Ditto Verizon, Sprint, and even going back to US West and GTE.
These people just don't get it - the cellular system is a SHARED RESOURCE, but a lot of people with unlimited plans act like it is there own personal network. Obviously they were not around in the early days when we were paying $40.00 a month for service and 40 cents a minut...
