It seems evident that this principle applies to those filing for patents as well. I have never witnessed an industry that is so involved with litigation currently over "supposed" patents. Flawed inquiries of what has or hasn't been patented at time of granting yet another patent. The System is greatly fragmented. However, there is an entity that seems to want to take advantage of this.

Not to discredit Apple, but the common denominator has them calculated as a high equation in these suits. Since their inception into the wireless industry, litigation has skyrocketed. Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, blackberry etc. Is it really possible these companies didn't have anything of relevance to do with the industry prior to Apple's entrance into i...
