You do all the hard work. You do your job that is written out for you to do (Job Description), and the Executives mess up, and yet you get to pay for their mistakes. 🤣 You have to love that.

The top execs get to retire with a sweet retirement package and other execs get the opportunity of a lifetime by Co-CEO's becoming the primary, COO's get promoted and etc.

And the kicker is, even they they're doing all of this, they will still fail miserably 😕

Android is on a pace to where they can not keep up, iOS is also not going to be caught by RIM, and windows will soar pass them as well once their train departures with Nokia partnership, and HP is now considering licensing WebOS. I think this is it for RIM granted I do give the...

Well HP has the best product hands down. Better than Android OS and iOS. Now that they will license it, they should have a chance depending on how much it will cost the manufactures.

Microsoft has a solid OS as well, I think it has more potential than Android but the name of windows has been so tarnished. Microsoft has something a lot of these other companies don't have, and that is deep pockets. Microsoft now teaming with Nokia, all they will have to do is spend a bulk load of cash and flood the market with their products to where every where you look you will see windows phone 7. I think they will take some time to catch on, but after the carriers have all these windows phone 7 devices on their shelves they will eventually start to disc...

By the time Palm got that slick OS out, they couldn't get it marketed properly, there was no money behind it, they signed exclusives with the wrong carriers, and their hardware was crappy, but the OS was something to be feared. Hp has sure taken/wasted their time in doing much with it. I hope they run with it but I think it will be tough matching the excitement IOS and Android created.

I haven't played around with Windows, but I have heard the same thing. It's a decent OS and hopefully it catches on some. Funny, microsoft is going to use the look and feel of that mobile OS for Windows 8 on desktops which I think is the wrong move. Windows 7 is pretty good.

RIM has 3 billion is cash to burn through before they have serious problems. Pr...

It's not marketing money. It's product money. Palm spent too much on marketing and not enough on hardware quality control.

They sold more Pres than EVOs, but had nearly 4x the return rate because of hardware defects and unpolished software. Sales went off a cliff when Sprint pulled the plug a month later.
