Just updated OTA. don't know why it says you can't???

How did the update go for you?

I did the update last night via SD (but yeah I saw reports from several posts that people could do it OTA) and it went ok, but not without a hitch.
My first reboot after loading the file locked up, but a simple battery pull resolved the issue.
After that it loaded normally (will be slow- stayed on the at&t "rethinking possibility" screen for several minutes) and so far everything works well.
I also have a Nexus One and the Blur-skinned version of 2.3.4 looks a lot more different to vanilla android than the froyo version did. Maybe it is just me, but subtle things like icons are different enough.
I do like the new launcher/dock that can be edited easily.

agreed, i like the dock too. the sorting of apps is a huge thing for me, so i can easily find my recently installed apps instead of searching an alphabetical list.
