Is it just me or as time progresses do these newer T-Mobile deals just get more and more difficult to comprehend? How do they come up with this stuff? I do have to hand it to them but Sprint, Verizon & AT&T have easier to understand plan/feature costs. For example with a company like Verizon at least you know you'll be getting ripped off monthly up front. 🤣

After further review I think I get it now. I wonder why they feel the need to "finance" the phone. They should just sell phones for whatever they sell for & then let customers buy them with their credit cards if they can't afford them with cash I think. Smart idea though to remove the subsidizing from the plan cost. I am guessing that when Q2 numbers come out they will be very bad for T-Mobile & they came up with this deal to stop the bleeding. I have read of a lot of people leaving them on different forums & if too many leave, wouldn't ATT want to negotiate the purchase price prior to the deal closing?

According to AT&T its not the customer base they are wanting, it's the additional spectrum so they can provide more services to rural communities. Now that is a bunch of garbage, but thats what their claiming.

The issue with T-Mobile is they have no idea what to do at this point, so all they're trying to do is grab as many customers as they can. And as far as charging full price for phones, good luck with that. Our customers argue an $18 upgrade fee to the death or a $15 mobile number change fee. The wound is so open they can't stop the bleeding...if the merger doesn't go through TMO USA is toast.
