BAD APPLE!!!

It really STINKS that Apple is trying to kill quality competition by doing this crap. I used to badly want an iPhone, but I'd never use AT&T, so I got a Droid Incredible on Version instead. I can't say how happy I was with that model and I can't wait to get another QUALITY phone by HTC. I love Apple computers but they have lost any chance of my buying an iPhone since they would rather stifle competition rather than compete with a innovative phone in the proper way. This really leaves a bad taste with me from Apple. BAD APPLE!!!

Buy a phone based on how well it works for you. If you buy one based on corporate antics and not on suitability, your just cheating yourself in the end 🙄

Apple needs to grow up and stop playing grade school games. Like AT&T they want to control everything and everyone and dictate how things should be run and tell people what they want. I for one refuse to support their efforts by purchasing any more of their products and while they may be good products they are not the best and by far not the only ones out there. I don't pist much on here but after watching people who post here act just like Apple & AT&T it makes realize things are happening because we allow it. I will support their poor business morality quien es mas macho practices........say what you like it's just a thought but it's my thought.

These are patent suits. I guarantee that if you or anyone else around here held one (don't we all wish we did) we would probably being doing the same thing as apple.

I am not defending apple at all, but heck, if they think they have a case or they have lost money on what they feel another company has done...why not go after them.

Don't be fooled by the lawyer rhetoric spewed out by both sides in the article. All that is is pure entertainment value. Apple and Samsung are tied together so closely that they both have a lot to lose anyway. I believe Samsung is Apples biggest supplier.

Just my thoughts from someone that doesn't own an iphone, HTC, or Samsung product.

My point is why now why this moment did Apple wait to trow its tantrum why bite tye hand that "feeds" you. If there are true patent infringements what took them so long to jump on it. My feelibg is Apple just realized their precious Iphone is not the only or by far the best choice out there and they don't like their top dog status is being challenged.

Its easy to challenge apples top dog status with the formula Google has. While an iphone gets yearly hardware updates on one phone, multiple handset manufacturers are pumping out the latest and greatest Android phones faster than anyone can believe.
I am actually shocked Apple got as far as they did with an exclusive on one carrier initially. iphone is staying around. Too much invested by people in apps and a cash rich company behind it.

The best choice for everyone isn't really one single phone. Thats why you will never see one dominate for very long.

Not sure why Apples timing on the suits
