I don't know, but I imagine it will only be for Korea. Samsung is a Korean company, and they almost always launch new technologies in their home country first (their new 2 megapixel phone being a prime example).

No. The i550 has a very large OLED outer display that's pretty awesome, but it's not the main display - that's still LCD.
