My W600i from 2006 could do this, and that phone didnt have this 39 second or 1 megabyte restriction on it, either. Bravo to microsoft for doing something that had already been done for 10 years.

A ringtone doesn't need to be longer than 39 seconds. If you don't answer the phone in 39 seconds then the call should go to voicemail.

who cares about the length of the ringtone...it's the fact that Microsoft thinks creating your own rigntone is something that needs to be noted is laughable at best...
