Judge Denies Samsung's Request for iPhone 5, iPad 3
Adjustments Needed.
I'm not a judge, but I have observed both products. While I do see a resemblance in UI operation and hardware aesthetics, I don't see a "blatant copy". There is a distinct difference between the two. It may not be innovative on Samsung's part, but it is a smart business move.
It is now Apple's turn to capitalize on their own products to remain attractive rather than trying to stay proprietary to one design at a time. That is what seems to be the underlining perception of what is going on here.
If a restaurant wants to stick with one hamburger choice, it shouldn't get mad when the competiton has taken that hamburger and made it more attractive with more choices. I hate using this analogy, but it does cast an example of how Apple is ...

If find it amazing that the judge would allow Apple to rip apart Samsungs products but not allow Samsung the same with Apple.

Technically i like samsung and apple its ok, but they both have copy designs if the media want to put it out like that because iphone and samsung touch screen phones and even htc have all copy the design because the design of the phone was already out over in china and europe before it even existed in the united states. now apple should be ashame of themselves because when you copy something you pretty much making the same thing just better and thats what samsung did but samsung uses android system and if you really look the design is totally different from a iphone because iphone uses the mac system plus iphone dont have the dedicated touch keys at the bottom of the phone and iphone dont have sd card lots and soft touch back panel on the b...
