Well, I like how they have the system getting in place but they have no phones that will use the 42 Mbps, only the 21 Mbps. Though they do have an aircard that will use it.

Oh well, I am sure they will have something out soon. It will be interesting to see how such a phone will perform.

Exactly my thoughts, DAntiVirus. What is especially mind-boggling that they still keep releasing much anticipated handsets, like the HTC Sensation 4G that can only do 14 Mbps.
I also don't get why Seattle metro area is not yet covered with 42 Mbps when T-Mo's HQ is there.

Well lets be real honest, on a smartphone, what will 14Mbps do less then 24? You think you can honestly tell the difference?

Versed, live streaming of HD quality videos would look a lot smoother at higher speeds. What do you think why do the carriers push for those higher than 14 Mbps speeds?
