If RIM is 'flailing' may we all have such bad luck......poor RIM..earning the highest profit margins in its history, such a tragedy.... 
Let's be honest here, 00% of the 'oh RIM is in big trouble' articles are because the tech media are so in love with Apple and Google that they can barely bring themselves to acknowledge the existence of other companies....it's all fad driven, and the tech media are extremely juvenile, always searching for the next toy.....
