Same ol', same old
All these touchscreen phones are starting to look alike. Where is the creativity and ingenuity in design? Besides Apple and Nokia (we are speaking hardware) these other phones are just blah. Before the smartphone craze (circa 2007) phones where at least different enough to stand out. Nowadays not so much. It seems Samsung is becoming the new Blackberry of design, dark, plastic, and dull. Why are companies not taking enough time to come up with something exciting design wise and NEW?

When you say hardware, do you mean features that the phone supports, such as radio frequencies, or high quality screens and good processors, becuase if you are, I dont really see how apple and nokia are up there. There are alot of phones that look the same but notice lots of them are released by samsung. They have so much of the market they are just releasing the same device in a different skin.

I’m referring to the actual device itself. I’m not a tech person so I don’t know how else to reference it (handset I guess). I’m basing my opinion solely off the aesthetics. Remember when you could get excited about how cool the phone looked. Think the Razor. Now its all about the OS and sadly I don't understand why they are still releasing phones with Android 2.2
