SIM locking, yeah? Not boot loading I think. I mean, if a phone has the harware to run Windows, WebOS, Android, etc.. as a carrier, as long as you are giving me mad cash, I dont care what you are using on the device that you already gave me $500.00 for. Thats just me, though.
