Motorola's new phonebook has been out for a long time on phones like V3x and some other 3G phones. I would certainly expect a mainstream website to know things like that...It's too bad people don't feel like treating their articles professionaly

Like what was stated before, this is a site based in America. Someone who would "bother to actually know what they are talking about instead of looking at the pictures" would be able to figure that out.
Go to the Carriers link on the left side and look at the carriers buttons and you'll see carriers in the USA.
Be careful though, there are pictures, logos AND words there. Wouldn't want you to get confused.

The article is completely correct. If you read carefully, I compared this phone mostly to the original RAZR, which is the last major Moto phone most people here in the US would be familiar with.
Phones like the V3x have not come to the US. Phone Scoop focuses exclusively on the US market.
