You're right it is! Its also rediculous that apple thinks Samsung is copying its products, as Samsung has NEVER released an iOS phone, so what the hell would there be to copy, and who the heck would want to copy apple anyways? You can get laptops /computers with identical features for at least a thousand dollars less. I think apple should comply with Samsungs requests, or get sued.

That is what is rediculous. What ever happened to imitation is the highest form of flattery? Or did you just forget about that one? How many freakin phone designs can we as humans think of before one ends up looking like another? I didnt realise that if two things look 100% the same they are copies of eachother, because last time I checked, you can get just about any car with a different motor / other components. I know we are talking cellular phones here, but the argument is valid. If Samsungs device had the same internal components, features, and abilities then the Iphone, then sure, it's a copy, but just becuase it looks the same doesnt mean it is the same, or even close.

More to the point, what about those fake iphones that people buy online? They say, "NOT AN IPHONE" really big on ebay, and I've had customers bring me those phones claiming they're iphones and they want to activate them. Where is Apple's lawsuit to there?
The samsung fascinate looks just like the phone Apple is wimpering about ... the only difference being that middle button.
There are also Launchers in the android market for ADW EX and GO Launcher that immulate the iphone icons... So, I think Apple is being a baby and Steve Jobs can suck it.
